    **New Vehicle Sales Manager Role**

    The successful candidate will oversee the New Vehicle department, driving sales and profitability to meet targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales processes.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales growth and profitability by retaining customers and meeting sales forecasts.
    • Develop a sales organization structure aligned with business objectives.
    • Maintain optimal vehicle stock levels on premises.
    • Ensure cost control within budgetary parameters.
    • Guarantee product display materials are adequately available.
    • Review pricing policies, discounts, and trade-in practices to preserve dealership profitability.
    • Monitor weekly financial performance of the sales department.
    • Effectively resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
    • Meet customer satisfaction/expectation targets for the department.
    • Maintain direct and indirect costs within company-specified limits.
    • Determine staffing levels and required training to achieve sales objectives.
    • Monitor floorplan activities and ensure compliance.
    • Maintain stock levels within company policy requirements.
    • Maximize the sale of back-end products.
    **Requirements:**
    • Matriculation certificate.
    • Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager.
    • Proficiency in handling internet leads/sales.
    • Valid South African Driver's License.
    **Skills/Personal Attributes:**
    • Computer literacy.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Valid Driver's License with no endorsements.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong administrative management skills.
    • Team player.
    • Reliable individual.
    • Able to consistently perform at a high level.
