    Logistics Coordinator Role

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Latitude Resource. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the transportation of goods within our logistics and supply chain operations.

    Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential to ensuring the efficient flow of our operations. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to coordinate and monitor all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and customs compliance.

    You will track shipments, manage inventory levels, and resolve any transportation issues that may arise. Additionally, you will work closely with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders to optimize logistical processes and drive cost savings.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
    2. Track shipments and provide updates to relevant parties, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
    3. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to optimize transportation processes and resolve issues.
    4. Evaluate and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
    5. Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
    6. Presentation of logistics operations reports to management.
    7. Address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
    8. Identify and engage transportation and logistics service providers to fulfill client requirements.
    9. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their transportation and logistics needs.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
    2. Proven work experience in logistics coordination or similar role.
    3. In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
    4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    5. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite.
    6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade procedures.
    8. Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability.
    9. Knowledge of transportation modes and respective regulations.
    10. Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
