    Responsibilities

    • Gather Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to capture detailed requirements, ensuring all functional, non-functional, and technical needs are documented.
    • Analyze Processes: Map current business processes and identify inefficiencies or gaps. Develop future-state processes for the new system.
    • Design Solutions: Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure the solution meets business requirements. Document detailed functional specifications and use cases.
    • Manage Stakeholders: Facilitate workshops and meetings to review requirements, validate assumptions, and gain consensus on the proposed solution.
    • Create Documentation: Develop detailed user stories, user flows, and system documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
    • Support Testing: Assist with providing input on test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) based on business requirements.
    • Implement Change: Assist with change management activities, helping the business understand how the new solution will affect existing processes.

    Requirements Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in enterprise solution implementations, particularly in project management systems.
    • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
    • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

    Skills

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements and process flows.
