    The company seeks a Senior Administrator to support the Centralized Claims team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience in claims processing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage centralized claims, including automation.
    2. Check and authorize claims within a 24-hour turnaround time.
    3. Ensure accurate and up-to-date narratives.
    4. Monitor daily Khanya reports and identify risk areas.
    5. Increase automation for cash claims.

    Additional Duties:

    1. Respond to emails within a 24-hour turnaround time.
    2. Distribute mailboxes and flag important messages.
    3. Review reports before submission to internal and external parties.
    4. Prepare statistics on team functions, risks, and compliance.
    5. Resolve escalation queries.

    Fund Administration:

    1. Generate weekly, monthly, annual, bi-annual, and quarterly reports across all admin processes and systems.
    2. Perform monthly checks and balances across all admin processes and systems.
    3. Run monthly batches and resolve discrepancies.
    4. Clear emails and queries according to service standards.
    5. Perform other related duties as required by the position and company operational needs.

    Year-End Tasks (where applicable):

    1. Prepare information for the financial year-end.
    2. Address audit queries until the release of financial statements.
