Responsibilities
Housekeeping / Caretaker

Cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, stairways, and other household areas
Organizing and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
Communicating with the Homeowner about scheduling changes or problems with existing arrangements
Maintaining inventory of household supplies and equipment such as toilet paper, soap, light bulbs, etc.
Tending to pets or performing other household maintenance tasks that do not require extensive training or expertise
Polishing silverware, dishes, and other items that need to be cleaned but cannot be washed in a dishwasher
Cleaning and sanitizing furniture and other items that cannot be moved from their location
Dusting shelves, blinds, baseboards, ceilings, windowsills, and other surfaces in the home
Cleaning floors and carpets using steam or shampoo machines. May also clean walls, ceiling fans, or other hard to reach places on request
Meet and greet all guests at the front door
Driving the Homeowners to Doctors appointments or as required
Organising additional household staff IE gardeners

Private Cook

Prepare meals in private homes according to the homeowners recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.
Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils.
Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.
Serve meals and snacks to homeowner (2 adults) and their guests (when required).
Plan menus according to employers' needs and diet restrictions.
Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events
