    Job Summary:

    A motivated and organized administrative professional is required to provide support in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and submit monthly reports comparing actual costs against budget for landline, mobile, fuel, and 3G costs.
    • Compile and present detailed cost breakdowns for regional travel.
    • Maintain and service fleet vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
    • Manage Nedbank Fuel Cards for company vehicles.
    • Process and follow up on insurance claims for vehicle damage, accidents, lost, damaged, or stolen property.
    • Make payments for traffic fines and renew vehicle disks as needed.
    • Coordinate the purchase and disposal of company fleet vehicles.
    • Perform routine office maintenance and repairs.
    • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Communicate with the landlord regarding office-related matters.
    • Assist with reception duties as required.
    • Oversee health and safety protocols, including organizing drills, attending meetings, and scheduling quarterly meetings with team members.
    • Manage Petty Cash funds.

    Requirements

    • Matric completion.
    • Administration Management Diploma.
    • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Proficiency in a second language and English.
    • High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail.
