Payroll Administrator - Vereeniging, South Africa - Afri-Services
Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting weekly timesheets.
- Preparing employees' compensation by the end of each month.
- Loading employee related information on the VIP system.
- Preparing payment instructions.
- Do work confirmations.
- Completing UI19, salary schedules & Provident Fund documents.
- Preparing employment contracts.
- Compiling rosters.
- Completing leave forms & leave schedules.
- Compiling payroll reports.
- Compiling final settlements, dismissals, resignation, transfers, etc. letters.
- Attending to payroll queries.
- General payroll admin and filing.
- Preparing documents for the Department of Labour.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' payroll experience.
- At least 1 year's VIP Premier experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Good communication skills written and spoken.
- Good planning and organisation skills.
- Selfdiscipline.
- A good team player.
