Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collecting weekly timesheets.
  • Preparing employees' compensation by the end of each month.
  • Loading employee related information on the VIP system.
  • Preparing payment instructions.
  • Do work confirmations.
  • Completing UI19, salary schedules & Provident Fund documents.
  • Preparing employment contracts.
  • Compiling rosters.
  • Completing leave forms & leave schedules.
  • Compiling payroll reports.
  • Compiling final settlements, dismissals, resignation, transfers, etc. letters.
  • Attending to payroll queries.
  • General payroll admin and filing.
  • Preparing documents for the Department of Labour.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years' payroll experience.
  • At least 1 year's VIP Premier experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Good communication skills written and spoken.
  • Good planning and organisation skills.
  • Selfdiscipline.
  • A good team player.
