    **Key Responsibilities:**
    • Facilitate equipment repairs for clients to ensure seamless operations.
    • Maintain close communication with service technicians and field supervisors to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Efficiently dispatch service calls, coordinating efforts with team members to optimize resource allocation.
    • Provide technical assistance and support to field technicians and service agents, including work order management and troubleshooting.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and store partners through professional communication, guaranteeing their service requirements are met.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via phone and other channels.

    **Requirements:**
    • At least 24 years of experience in a service administration, dispatch, or service coordination role.
    • Familiarity with the coffee, beverage, refrigeration, or QSR industries is an asset.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and adaptability to new software systems.
    • Possession of reliable transportation.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Solid organizational and analytical thinking abilities.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
