Key Accountabilities:


  • Individual contributor role with endtoend responsibility for assigned tasks of Asset & Project accounting process.
  • Responsible for review of processing of Fixed asset capitalization and maintenance.
  • Responsible for review of various template wrt the project (mainly on Excel) i.e. data migration templates, reconciliation templates, management reporting templates relating to the project assets
  • Production of daily, weekly and monthly reports on key financials to facilitate decision making
  • Ensure that material risks and opportunities are identified and reported in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Effectively perform applicable SOX controls
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders, own and proactively manage key relationships with partners.
  • Daily reporting (track progress and provide status updates)

Core Competencies:


  • Strong communication skills ability to engage and present at C level
  • Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI a plus)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Wireless industry experience a plus
  • Accounting knowledge (understands difference between Operation and Capital expenditure),
  • SAP knowledge (Fixed Asset (APA) and GL Modules)
  • Microsoft suite (Excel, Word etc.)

Requirements:


  • Grade 12 is essential
  • A 3year relevant BCom Degree/diploma
  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Managed a team of 3 to 5
