We are a reputable accounting firm that offers a range of accounting services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated creditors clerk to join our team.
Job Summary:
The creditors clerk is responsible for managing our clients' financial resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee our clients' financial operations and cash flow management
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
- Extract batch payment schedules from Xero
- Upload / Input payment data to the banking platforms
- Support client approvers throughout the approval process
- Coordinate data transfers between clients' banks and Xero
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and budgeting
- No criminal record, back ground check will be required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
