Company Overview:

We are a reputable accounting firm that offers a range of accounting services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated creditors clerk to join our team.


Job Summary:
The creditors clerk is responsible for managing our clients' financial resources.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee our clients' financial operations and cash flow management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
  • Extract batch payment schedules from Xero
  • Upload / Input payment data to the banking platforms
  • Support client approvers throughout the approval process
  • Coordinate data transfers between clients' banks and Xero

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and budgeting
  • No criminal record, back ground check will be required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
