    Regional Manager: Employee Relations

    A global workplace solutions company seeks a customer-oriented Regional Manager to oversee employee relations in the Western Cape Region.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage internal dispute resolution, labour related issues, and external disputes at CCMA/Bargaining Council.
    • Provide strategic consulting services and lead a team to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with different business areas to provide stakeholders with knowledge and awareness of relevant laws and regulations.
    • Drive the provision of quality service by Labour Relations Service Centre team to operating entities and external clients.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in labour relations, with extensive exposure to labour litigation (CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court).
    • Training experience would be advantageous.
    • Minimum 3 year Managerial/Supervisory experience.
    • Tertiary qualification in Labour Relations/Labour Law or Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations/Labour Law.
    • Admitted attorney would be an added advantage.

    Job Summary:

    This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labour relations, management, and training. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to drive quality service delivery.
