Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Strong Management Experience:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.
Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth within each individual market.
Niche Market Expertise:
Utilize in-depth knowledge and understanding of the individual marketing to effectively target and attract top talent.
HR Understanding:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices to ensure compliance and effective people management.
Leadership Skills:
Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
Performance Management:
Implement and monitor KPIs and outcome-based targets to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
Team Building:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing recruitment team capable of delivering exceptional results.
Achievement of Revenue Targets:
Provide evidence of successfully building and leading recruitment teams to meet or exceed revenue targets within niche markets.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management/supervisory role.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue and achieving targets within niche markets, preferably in the Engineering & Design sectors
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM systems.
Remuneration:
We are offering a very strong remuneration package as an OTE with bonuses for revenue based targets along with strong company benefits.
