    We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrator to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reporting and Data Management:
    • Capture sales data into database software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
    • Assist agents in ordering stock, including demo materials and stationery.
    • Manage reporting for agent demos, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Handle client inquiries via phone or in-person, providing timely and effective resolutions.
    • Process supplier payment requests and manage petty cash efficiently.
    • Support the HO with feedback on 010 and upfront rejection cases.
    • Maintain accurate weekly and month-end reports.
    • Be willing to work overtime as required.
    • Perform all branch administration duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in iQ Retail, SAGE, CRM, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook) programs.
    • Strong language skills, including grammar and punctuation knowledge.
    • Able to work quickly and accurately in fast-paced environments.
