A world-renowned Banking and Financial Institution is seeking a Specialist Credit Auditor who will be responsible for auditing the credit environment processes at a divisional and business unit level.

Duties:


  • Hold an adequate understanding of the environments being audited and able to submit high quality audit reports
:


  • Completing audits within the given timeframe with mínimal editorial changes.
  • Plan, prepare and execute audits alongside the relevant risk and controls that need to be tested.
  • Able to use Data Analytics to optimize the audit fieldwork.
  • Align audit fieldworks to quality standards.
  • Assessing the impact of governance, risk management and internal controls and how to improve the relevant areas.
  • Compile concise and informative findings for audits.
  • Able to contribute ideas as well as implement systems and improvements to enhance work.
  • Create improvements on internal financial controls.
  • Stay ahead of industry changes, challenges, new legislations and technologies to ensure the company is always up to date with the industry.
  • Enabling collaborative and beneficial partnerships stakeholders as well as providing customers with world class service and quick turnaround times.
  • Proactively partake in training, coaching and developmental opportunities to improve professional development and skills.

Job Experience & Skills Required:


Qualifications:


  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • CA(SA) or equivalent qualification

Experience:


  • Completed SAICA articles within a financial services environment or credit space
years commercial credit risk audit experience NOT NEGOTIABLE

  • Knowledge and experience in Banking and Financial services environment would be favourable
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
