At Stafflink Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced individual who can drive business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets high-growth industries and expands our client base.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer loyalty and retention.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification, MS Excel proficiency.
Skills: Excellent administration skills, attention to detail, strong planning and organizing abilities, ability to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
