    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead our restaurant/take-away operations.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and oversee the overall operation of the restaurant/take-away, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
    2. Maintain high standards of food quality and adhere to PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
    3. Develop and implement effective stock control, purchasing, and ordering strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
    4. Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
    5. Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to maximize profitability and meet or exceed sales and Gross Profit Percentage (GP%) targets.
    6. Cultivate a motivated and skilled team by providing guidance, coaching, and recognizing individual contributions.
    7. Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork to drive business growth.
    8. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers alike.
