    Administrative Assistant Role

    The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Answering and screening all incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate source where applicable, and taking messages.
    • Dealing with correspondence, escalating enquiries, compliments, complaints, and providing feedback to management and clients as required.
    • Handling requests and queries appropriately.
    • Assisting with preparing, maintaining, updating, and filing of various branch reports.
    • Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes.
    • Diary management, scheduling appointments and events, and running errands.
    • Arranging access, screening, and receiving any visitors to the Branch Manager's office, ensuring visitors are comfortable and refreshed.
    • Ordering, collecting, and issuing of uniform.
    • Assisting with general office enquiries and office tasks as required by the Branch Manager.
    • Acting as the liaison between the executive and clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

    Key Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
