Diploma or equivalent in Marketing

Minimum Work Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Breakdown per Area:


Digital Marketing:


Develop and maintain cohesive and overarching social media content strategy for the main brand as well as partners as required.

Implement and create social media marketing content on the a host of social media channels.
Implement and review relevant KPI's for social media platforms in order to regularly maintain brand and platform growth.
Implement Digital strategies in line with business objectives through use of various digital platforms.
Implement and create mailer campaigns
Manage and maintain digital marketing software platforms
Develop customer relationships through the company's social media platforms


Brand representation:

Ensure that all strategies and representation on all channels are in line with relevant brand guidelines.

Audit and monitor the guest journey in relation to brand guidelines and targets and constantly ensure that updates and changes are in line with strategy.

Monitor all brand mentions across platform in order to maintain brand consistency
Work with brand partners as required and where these are inline with brand strategy.
Maintain and implement influencer agreements in line with company strategy


Data Gathering and Reporting:

Make use of analytics platforms in order to gather information that can be used to guide and direct platform and marketing strategy

With use of data develop persona representation at a brand level in order to further segment marketing efforts, update constantly with changing product requirements.

Make use of data to inform new strategies for new products as required.
Provide monthly reporting on efficacy of programs implements in line with relevant chosen KPI's
