The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advice to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate restructuring.

The Corporate Finance Advisor will also be responsible for developing financial models, conducting due diligence, and preparing presentations for clients.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance.

The candidate should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
