    Customer Success Consultant

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive rental experience and knowledge, with a passion for property management and software solutions.

We are committed to creating an advanced end-to-end property management ecosystem, enabling seamless migration processes, and providing dedicated training and support services to ensure customer success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring they achieve maximum benefit from our solutions.
    • To assist clients in planning and understanding how to utilize our software to meet their business needs.
    • To educate clients on the flexibility and capabilities of our software, encouraging them to continue using our services.
    • Manage and analyze large datasets with ease.
    • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including email correspondence.
    • Utilize advanced Excel skills to optimize data analysis.
    • Develop and deliver effective training programs.
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail at all times.

    Requirements

    • Technical ability to understand software solution functionality.
    • A desire to stay up-to-date on technology trends, developments, and best practices.
    • Possess a positive phone demeanor.
    • Able to work effectively under pressure.
    • Strong self-management and time-management skills.
    • An understanding of basic accounting principles.
    • Operational rental management experience is beneficial.
    • Knowledge of rental legislation and laws would be advantageous.
