Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualification in Process/Industrial Engineering/Project Management/Relevant
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles, with proven track record of developing and executing operational strategies.
  • Solid experience using data analytics to solve complex business problems.
  • MS Office and Advanced Excel Skills
  • Business strategy/Data analytics/Project/Process Management skills

Duties:


  • Oversee day to day operations of workshop.
  • Translate strategy into operations.
  • Create processes for smooth running of workshop and draft and implement performance standards.
  • Align departmental goals with organization strategy.
  • Assess supply chain vulnerabilities and make recommendations.
  • Conduct analyses of operations data, effectiveness and processes and make recommendations.
  • Develop and manage budgets.
  • Develop and oversee operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate employer performance.
  • Implement new technologies and systems.
  • Manage and motivate team and monitor KPI's
  • Participate in strategic planning.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Present findings, projections and recommended actions
  • Review reports and supply chain activities to ensure meet company standards
