Client Services Consultant

This prestigious wealth management company seeks a skilled Client Services Consultant to provide exceptional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Servicing: Provide servicing and support on all portfolio products, including Preservation, Pension and Provident Funds, Retirement Annuities, Savings products, and Direct Unit Trusts.
Client Communication: Communicate with clients about the company's product range in a courteous and professional manner via telephone, email, fax letter, and direct walk-in clients.
Query Resolution: Manage all work items, including dealing with rejections, general queries such as account queries, forms, and other literature requests, fund information, and more detailed query investigation and resolution.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients by answering queries directly on all relevant correspondence and keeping all systems updated with notes.
Proactive Support: Support the Client Group by providing proactive communication on rejections and queries raised by third-party administrators and clients.
Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for all third-party and client queries on the IAM SA and offshore funds range.
Team Support: Assist other team members when necessary, providing cover during periods of absence.

Requirements:

Education: A business-focused degree is required.
Experience: Relevant 2-3 years working experience in financial services, specifically asset management, retirement funds, and unit trust offshore experience are advantages. Call centre experience in financial services is essential.
Skills: Excellent business writing skills, ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships, approach and own opportunities, client-focused and collaborative approach, ability to analyse, interpret, and assimilate information.
