    Description

    Job Title: Specialist Broker Consultant

    Provide advice and support to brokers and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to increase their trust and confidence in selling Liberty products to their clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and grow business relationships to increase market share through the execution of defined sales objectives.
    • Provide specialist advice and support in your area of accountability to ensure that identified solutions and recommendations are appropriate and effective.
    • Ensure business retention through the application of various sales techniques, such as rate negotiations, product comparisons, and changing perceptions.
    • Provide product training to transfer product knowledge and enable appropriate recommendations to clients.
    • Ensure that underwriting practices and rules are fully understood and appreciated.
    • Resolve new business and servicing obstacles and blockages to increase Broker/IFA satisfaction and positively influence service perception.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment.
    • Bachelor's degree and professional qualifications in Finance, Economics, and Accounting.

    Salary:

    R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum
