    Job Overview

    ICT Engage is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and configuring VoIP PBX systems, providing technical support to external customers, and working under minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to resolve problems reported.
    • Respond to tickets on the system in a timely manner.
    • Provide troubleshooting and technical support via remote or onsite support.
    • Setup and install 3CX software prior to installations.
    • Install mobile applications for 3CX systems.
    • Support and maintain 3CX systems after installation.
    • Setup and configure PBX phones prior to installation.
    • Support and maintain PBX phones after installation.
    • Troubleshoot VOIP issues.
    • Setup gateways (PSTN, fax gateways, FXO, FXS, BRI).
    • Install and configure routing on ADSL and fibre lines.
    • Setup VPNs and port forward on routers.
    • Make changes to routers as per client requirements.
    • Perform preventative maintenance on routers, including updates and scheduling reboots.
    • Log onto routers to check current configurations and ensure everything meets standards.
    • Setup and install 3CX software on phones and servers.

    Requirements:

    • A+ and N+ certification.
    • Experience with networking and PBX systems.
    • Knowledge of structured cabling.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Dependability.
    • Effective time management skills.
    • Demonstrate professional attributes.
    • Comply with ICT Engage's vision and policies.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

    Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum.
