THIS POSITION REQUIRES OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE
Essential Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
At least 18 months of outbound call centre experience in the Travel or Car Rental Industry
A good command of the English Language (preferably English as a first language)
Must be able to handle international clients (excellent telephone etiquette)
Must be able to handle conflict and be a good problem solver
Must have good sales ability
OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
- Working hours
- Monday
- Friday 07h30 17h00/Saturday 07h30 13h00 and then Sundays and Public Holidays are 07h30 13h00 _
You will need the following documents when applying;
