Job Title

Analytical Chemistry/Bio-Medical/Bio-Technology Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HPLC technician to perform a variety of routine and non-routine tests to evaluate the quality of raw materials in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate the quality of raw materials, intermediate products, finished products, and validation samples using analytical techniques.
Compile, interpret, and document data from testing processes to confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations/out-of-specifications.
Maintain accurate and precise documentation of laboratory activities.
Operate analytical laboratory instrumentation, including HPLC systems.
Ensure regulatory compliance with GLP and GMP environments.
Interact with Operations and Quality Assurance teams to ensure seamless communication.
Maintain a safe laboratory work environment and ensure adequate stocking of laboratory reagents and consumables.

Requirements

BSc degree in Biomedicine or B Pharm degree.
Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Experience with HPLC techniques and raw material testing.

A competitive salary package, including basic salary R25000 - R30000, and overtime pay for weekend work when necessary.
