Strategic Support

Operational Management

  • Forecast demand for goods/services. Coordinate distribution methods. Negotiate pricing and quality standards compliance. Monitor supplier performance with procurement policies. Review and analyze contract requests.
Tender RFQ Mangement

  • Solicit and evaluate proposals. Manage administrative aspects of tenders. Communicate outcomes to the business.
Market Analysis and Forecasting-Evaluate market ,develop sourcing stratergies. Research suppliers. Forecast price trends and impact on future activities.

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate costs. Advise on appropriate suppliers and maintain positive relationships. Monitor supplier performance against SLA's.
SAP Enablement

  • Ensure SAP master data related to procurement is accurate and up to date. Promptly load new catalogues and suppliers into SAP system.
SHEQ and Sustainability Management

  • Administer documentation relevant to category quality assurance. Maintain the approved supplier list. Support internal and external audit processes.
Education and qualifications

Degree in Commerce/finance, Supply chain management or related field.

3 to 5 year's experience in Sourcing and Project management.

Certification in COUPA CSO

Valid code EB driver's license
