- Provide administrative support for stock control operations
- Manage inventory levels and track stock movements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics
- Maintain accurate records and reports on stock levels and transactions
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- N6 Office Administration certificate will be an advantage
- Previous experience in the packaging or printing industry
- Previous experience in stock control administration/management will be an advantage
- Data literacy and strong numerical reasoning skills
- MS Office competency, including Excel and Outlook
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to perform well under pressure and manage time effectively
