    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to efficiency through responsible utilisation of work-related resources.

    • Utilise technical know-how to identify, solve and escalate problems.
    • Handle the after-sales process for multiple channels and brands to ensure client satisfaction.

    • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with internal and external customers.
    • Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least one year experience in call centre operations.
    • Matric and higher qualifications.
    • A variety of languages and cultures, especially Tswana, Tsonga, and Afrikaans.
