JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with an Ultra Luxury Property in Umhlanga, to recruit an experience
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR.

Requirements:

Hotel school qualification or equivalent preferred.
2 years' experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5star environment.
Previous experience in food and beverage operations, with a good understanding of culinary arts, food trends and beverage service.
Knowledge of Micros point of sale system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to make decisions and work independently.
Excellent organizational skills and leadership ability.
Stable employment history and contactable references.
