    F&I Sales Executive (Cross-Border) - Commercial / Heavy Vehicle Industry

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled F&I Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing files, conducting sanction screening, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Compliance oriented sales and service delivery
    • Secure digital and hard copies of client information
    • Conduct yearly training to stay compliant with regulations
    • Prepare and send general reports for month-end
    • Perform sanction screening on deals before invoicing
    • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records
    • Build and maintain relationships with sales executives and clients
    • Support sales executives in closing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
    • Coordinate the process of finance from start to end with banks
    • Request and send payments on behalf of sales executives
    • Attend meetings as required and provide updates on client progress
    • Process deposits and requests from clients and banks
    • Assist with customer queries and resolve issues promptly

    Requirements:

    • NQF Level 4 Financial Qualification and full F&I qualification
    • Code 08 License and RE5 Representative Accreditation
    • Valid Passport and willingness to travel across borders
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Packages and Remuneration:

    R20,000 - R30,000 monthly plus allowances and benefits
