    Description

    CallForce, an award-winning BPO service provider, seeks a results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee a team of sales representatives in South Africa.

    As a Sales Team Lead, you will supervise and motivate your team to achieve sales targets while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

    1. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the sales team.
    2. Set performance expectations and objectives for the team.
    3. Conduct team meetings, communicating goals, strategies, and updates.
    4. Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Sales Performance

    1. Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives through quality assurance and performance metrics.
    2. Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to improve performance.
    3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and conversion rates.
    4. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    Reporting

    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and individual metrics.
    2. Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
    3. Analyze performance statistics of teams, ensuring appropriate action is taken.

    Compliance

    1. Ensure the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
    2. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service quality.

    You will need:

    • 2+ years' experience as a Team Leader on a sales/outbound telecom campaign.
    • Good career and sales track record.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
    • Clear criminal records.
