Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the efficient operation of our store and drive sales through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, profit, and compliance targets by driving sales initiatives and building customer loyalty.
Execute operational activities, including expenses, stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping, and administration.
Maintain in-store visual merchandising standards and ensure the appearance of the store aligns with our brand image.
Support the Store Manager in staff motivation and direction to achieve targets and performance goals.
Assist in maintaining the work schedule in line with the Group's labour policy and relevant labour model.
Implement customer service initiatives to deliver a great customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
Ensure administrative responsibilities are completed efficiently, including weekly time and attendance records.
Live and drive our company values to make us the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Maths 50% and English 50%)
Degree in Relevant Retail/Business Management (desirable)
Minimum 1 year's experience in an assistant store management role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment or successful completion of the Clicks Trainee Store Management Programme
Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios, etc.)

Working Hours

45hr, 6 days a week
