This transformative South African e-commerce company, are on the hunt for an innovative Product Manager to lead the technology division's products and platforms.

Here you'll shape the future of subscription services for digital goods and appliances.

Responsibilities:

Create comprehensive product artefacts: roadmaps, user stories, guides, and technical documentation.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement, user experience improvement, and technology adoption.
Execute optimizations, feature implementations, and software updates.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners for seamless project delivery.
Drive systems implementation, integration, and automation to enhance business operations.
Monitor product effectiveness, user adoption, and measure success.
Maintain product documentation and facilitate user training.
Utilize technical skills to communicate tasks clearly to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Advantageous: Experience with Shopify, ZenDesk, Atlassian, G-Suite, Slack, GCP, Looker, and Figma.
Exposure to PDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Datadriven mindset with analytical capabilities, including SQL proficiency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
46 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Product Manager.
