To provide enhanced customer contact service at contact with relevant members and clients and to deliver client liaison services in-line with the Sizwe SLA for pay

To deliver client liaison services in-line with the Sizwe SLA for orphan members
LOCATION Umtata
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolving all queries within agreed standards, ensuring resolution, close out and institutionalize learning from each contact
- Providing relevant information to members, including member education
- Complying to quality standards as a frontline customer liaison person
- Ensuring effective client liaison and client satisfaction
- Performing client needs analysis and ensuring these are consistently met and captured accordingly
- Escalating and reporting critical issues to the Regional Manager and other relevant parties
- Client liaison and satisfaction adherence
- Performing relevant client needs analysis
- Escalating and reporting critical issues to the Regional Manager and other relevant parties
- Enrolment of new members and escalating advice requests to brokers who are knowledgeable about the fund
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders to optimize new pay point opportunities
- Attending relevant events/meeting to identify sales opportunities
- Support in sales activities, e.g. presentations and assistance in achieving agreed sales targets
- Distributing marketing material
- To develop and maintain broker, member, pay point, and union relationships effectively
- To act as the point of contact between the client and relevant departments within 3Sixty Health (Pty)
- May provide these services onsite or from walk in centers as is applicable

REQUIREMENTS
- Able to travel
- Valid driver's license
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric
- Administration Diploma
- Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Excellent keyboard and typing skills
- Good knowledge of Scheme Rules and Medical Scheme Act
- 35 years' experience in Sales/Servicing environment
- Understanding of Union environment and Union processes
- Good planning and prioritizing abilities
- Good communication skills verbal and written
