    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roads geometric design, with at least 10 years of experience using Civil Designer or Civil 3D. They should also have expertise in rural and urban road design, as well as knowledge of pavement and/or hydrology design.

    In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in tender documentation and contract administration. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and mentoring junior engineers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSc/BTech) or equivalent qualification.
    • Professional registration (PrEng/PrTech).
    • 10+ years of roads geometric design experience using Civil Designer or Civil 3D.
    • Experience in rural and urban road design.
    • Knowledge of pavement and/or hydrology design (advantageous).
    • Strong experience in tender documentation and contract administration.
    • Mentor junior engineers.
    • Assist with bid preparation.

    Requirements:

    • A strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in relevant software applications (Civil Designer or Civil 3D).
