Dining Room Attendant/Food Runner - Northcliff, South Africa - Merits Development Compound

Description

Our Establishment is searching for a Dining Room Attendant who will facilitate excellent food service by cleaning tables, removing dirt, replacing soiled table linens, and setting table.

Responsibilities
Open all drawers in checkout rooms and remove items left by a guest
Inspect the condition of all furniture for tears, rips or stains
Check time on clock and TV
Inspect the condition of amenities in/on desk, drawers, and guest service directory
Ensure presence of fire safety, rate card, and DND sign
Remove dust, dirt, and smudges from A/C unit, vents, grids and thermostat
Restock silverware
General cleanliness of the tables
Set tables with clean, polished, china, silver and glassware
Ensure silverware and glassware is spotless
