Description
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor in a franchise dealership
- Customer Service experience
- Must have good understanding of warranty process
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a valid driver's licence with clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers about vehicle (WIP) and update necessary vehicle details
- Book in vehicles / create job cards for workshop
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
- Obtain authorizations for repairs to vehicles under warranty
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
