    Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

    Description:

    • We are looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of stock within our premises.
    • The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse operations and possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • This role involves coordinating the movement of stock within the warehouse, maintaining accurate stock records, and providing support to the team during stock rotations and order preparations.
    • The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with stocktaking and inventory audits, as well as maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
    • Beyond these responsibilities, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
    • Basic computer skills are essential, with knowledge of inventory software being an advantage.
      • Key Responsibilities:
      • Stock Coordination: Coordinate the movement of stock within the warehouse to ensure efficient stock rotation and order preparation.
      • Stock Record Maintenance: Update inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records.
      • Team Support: Provide support to the team during stock rotations and order preparations, and assist with stocktaking and inventory audits.
      • Storage Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized storage area.
      • Reporting Issues: Report any stock shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
      • Requirements:
      • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
      • Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, basic computer skills, and knowledge of inventory software (an advantage).
