Job description- _Project Administrator start point of business process and follow up_
- _Will be directly responsible when dealing with customer and Subcontractors_
Duties and Responsibilities
- _Working on a ticketing system, fully tracking thereof_
- _Functional daily reporting._
- _Working with customers._
- _Working with subcontractors._
- _PI creation to customer working on excel and PDF on excel._
- _Subcon work in progress, follow up._
- _Work completed, Get POW from subcontractors._
- _Create PAC document, Region to get it signed._
- _Vandalism reports._
- _Field trackers._
- _Spare part management._
Required Experience/Skills
- _Have working experience in ICT company before more than 2 years._
- _Have working experience in Project Admin or similar role._
- _Experience managing individuals._
- _Experience interacting with clients._
- _Experience in Microsoft office, advance/expert._
- _Great customer relationship skills required_
- _Need advance skills adaptability, communication, and attention to detail._
- _Experience working on a ticketing system like Webforce, ISDP, OWS or similar_
- Strong communicator

- Efficient
Education
- Admin diploma or higher._
