Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Manage general staff that consists of Receptionist, Driver and Cleaners

Responsible for the procurement and control of office stationary

Responsible for vehicle registers, upkeep and maintenance, and all relevant licensing

Answering main phone line and greeting guests

Typing of letters and reports

Responsible for filing and administration

General PA duties

Generalist HR support

Skills development & Employment Equity administration

Committees administration and minute taking

Employee wellness

6 years experience within a similar role

Excellent MS Office skills

Must be detail-oriented and can work proactively and effectively with mínimal supervision

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment

Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others

Must show demonstrated dedication to providing quality customer service internally and externally
