Job Title: Software CRM Tester

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven software tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability, analyzing test results, and reporting observations to the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Design and Execution: Review software requirements, prepare test scenarios, and execute tests on software usability.
• Test Analysis: Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on all aspects related to software testing carried out and report to the design team.
• Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand product requirements.
• Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Your Expertise:

• Level: High intermediate – senior (5+ years experience)
• Competencies and Key Skills:
  • Software Test Design and Methodologies: Up-to-date knowledge of software test design, testing methodologies, test techniques, and compatibility with various software programs.
  • Communication and Critical Thinking: Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in Salesforce Sales Service Cloud, Communications Cloud, Pardot, Einstein, Data Loader; ability to code configure regression automated testing via Playwright or similar tools; experience with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence; API: SOAP UI, Postman or Rest Assured.
