******- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage material replenishment requests.

  • Coordinate the transfer of raw materials & finished products between production & production supply areas.
  • Ensure material stock levels are sufficient to meet planned production.
  • Track stock, maintain transactional records and oversee inventory audits.
  • Process/transfer order confirmations and goods receipts.
  • Ensure daily cycle counts, investigate discrepencies and correct on the system as per KPI target.
  • Ensure accurate stock allocation, rebinning and adherence to FIFO and batch management principles.
  • Perform daily reconcialiation of all returnable stock & ensure documentation is processed on the system.
  • Update Master Data and resolve any errors in the system relating to inventory & warehouse management.
QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Matric with Maths or Math Literacy

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
  • Min 3 years SAP experience working on stock / inventory management within production.
  • Ms Office experience.
