- Catering Services: Oversee the development of catering menus that feature health-conscious options, including vegan selections and hormone-free meats, aligning with our commitment to nourishing and memorable dining experiences.
- Venue Rental and Production Services: Manage comprehensive venue rental and production services, ensuring high standards are met from initial client consultation to post-event follow-up.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, corporate clients, and suppliers, ensuring a high level of trust and mutual profitability.
- Marketing and PR: Drive marketing and PR strategies to enhance RegCafe's reputation as a leader in combining top-tier hospitality with event services.
- Company Culture: Foster a company culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service, innovation in hospitality, and a strong community focus.
- Financial Performance: Monitor the financial performance of the cafe and event segments, implementing cost controls and exploring new revenue streams.
- Senior Managerial Experience: Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior managerial position within the hospitality or event management industry.
- Operational Management: Demonstrated success in overseeing cafe operations, event management, and catering services.
- Finance and Marketing Understanding: Strong understanding of finance, marketing, and operational management within the hospitality sector.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead a diverse team and manage multiple segments of a business efficiently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills to represent RegCafe at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative approaches to business development and problem-solving.
- Educational Background: MSc/MA in Business Administration or relevant field; an MBA is highly preferred.
