Our showrooms are mainly franchisee-owned, with varying requirements and remuneration depending on the location. Some showrooms have separate roles for sales and design consultants, while others combine these functions into one position.

The role of a Sales and Design Consultant entails:

• Ranges from R10 000 - R15 000 per month, depending on experience and commission earned.
• Showroom-based role requiring frequent travel.

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

• Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Advantages include:
• 3 years of sales or project management experience.
• Experience in the kitchen or manufacturing industry.
• A formal interior design qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in interior design.
• Winner design software proficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders.
• Design development and finalization for clients.
• Project management from start to finish.
• Stakeholder management throughout the project.
• Client expectation management and regular feedback.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends.
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Meeting sales and margin targets.
