    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of three branches, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and maintaining high standards of security for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Leadership: Oversee the operations of three branches in the Copperbelt region.
    • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and their teams.
    • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for the regional operations.
    • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute regional business plans in alignment with corporate goals.
    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
