Our client, a leading security company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead and manage operations in the Copperbelt region.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of three branches, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and maintaining high standards of security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the operations of three branches in the Copperbelt region.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and their teams.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for the regional operations.
• Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute regional business plans in alignment with corporate goals.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Proven experience managing teams in a company with over 2000 employees.
