Description

As the Lead:
Switching Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading our switching services team. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day activities, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the smooth operation of transaction processing systems. You will also drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment with the company's objectives.

Lead and manage the daytoday activities of the switching services team on a contractual basis.
Provide handson technical expertise in transaction processing and system operations.
Train and lead the team on various technologies and processes related to switching services.
Ensure the smooth operation of transaction processing systems, including transaction switching, card production, and compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement of team performance and system efficiency during the contract period.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align switching services with company objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in transaction processing systems.
Experience with transaction switching to major card networks like MasterCard and Visa.
Experience with Postilion interfaces like PostBridge, Nixbridge, and Base24Bankserv.
Experience with ATM driving and Ecommerce acquiring
Experience with PCI DSS, ISO8583 protocol, and MSSQL database engine.
Knowledge of development languages such as C#, Java, or Perl is advantageous.
