    Description

    Bookkeeper/Administrator Needed for Hospitality Industry:

    This role reports to the management team and General Manager, ensuring accurate administrative procedures in restaurant operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand restaurant operations and execute general accounting principles
    • Maintain systems, processes, and procedures compliant with SOP
    • Liaise with Group POS and IT Administrator
    • Participate in regular management meetings on administrative goals and results
    • Update system requirements and Micros stock control lists
    • Analyze inventory control reports
    • Action emails and maintain office controls
    • Adhere to a code of ethics as per SOP/disciplinary code

    Responsibilities by Function:

    Cash Management, Inventory Control, Human Resources and Filing, Sage Accounting knowledge
