    Description

    Learning & Change Manager Job Description

    This role is responsible for consulting with business units to assess and evaluate their needs and gaps, and collaborating with learning and development service providers to determine learning design, quality assurance, and measurement of learning programs and interventions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with business unit HR and Learning Practitioners to facilitate learning needs analyses processes and results.
    • Provide relevant learning documentation, tools, and templates to various stakeholders.
    • Troubleshoot escalated queries and manage challenges around development needs, learning interventions, and learning programmes.
    • Conduct performance consulting methodology to investigate issues, diagnose root causes, and identify training, system, and/or process needs.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development or related field.
    • Minimum 7 years' experience as a Learning & Development facilitator, including experience in learning design.
    • Experience in change management.
