Description

Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files and records.
  • Assist with the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
